Regional Sales Manager North America
Status: Full time Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manger (RSM) is responsible for managing all attributes of the business in North America. The position is a key, quota-carrying, (initially) individual contributor role. The RSM will manage and coordinate the activities of all Channel Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Engineers in the region. Duties will include sales of product to clients, support activities, hiring and training of local staff in the region, appointing distribution and value added reseller channels, and significant involvement in the definition and realization of solutions to current and future customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent understanding of the fixed broadband wireless access market, AirTegrity™ products, the advantages of the AirTegrity™ solutions, and business drivers that motivate customers to buy. The RSM should have the ability to understand new technologies and be self-motivated to keep up with industry events. This is a new, fast-moving industry (WiMAX, IEEE 802.16) and it will require the successful candidate to become completely immersed into the role. Compensation is very competitive and includes base salary, commission, bonuses, and stock incentives.
